Getting Started With SUP
Looking for a way to get into SUP but not sure where to start? Your best option is going to a beginner’s class, where you can learn the basics of Stand Up Paddleboarding in a safe environment. Here you can work out what your preferred SUP Style is, and the basics of travelling on a SUP. If you’re looking for techniques on how to hold your paddle, or even how best to fall off a paddle board, then these are the best environments to practise.
